New to Reception September 2025 Online Form

It is our intention to be able to communicate with you regularly, introduce you to staff, learning environments and get to know all about your child and their family. In order to do this we need you to complete this online form for us so we can set you up a new Tapestry Online Learning Journey. The Tapestry App/website will allow us to communicate about your child via a secure online platform.

Tapestry consent: All Reception children attending Ringshall Primary School will have a personal on-line Learning Journey. The App and website will allow you to have secure access to your child’s Learning Journey and we encourage you to add to it by uploading photos and comments, or commenting on observations made by us.All of the information is stored on a highly secure server which is monitored closely. E-safety is paramount in Ringshall Primary School. As part of our E- safety, we require you to sign the agreement attached to show that you understand, agree and will adhere with our guidelines. Once you have provided the school with an e-mail address we will be able to set you up with an account. By logging on with a secure username and password you will be able to  view all of your children’s observations, photographs and even videos from their time in Acorn Class.

To enable us to do this, please complete the admissions form and give consent for us to create a new Tapestry on-line Learning Journey for your child.
